WHAT IS SOFT WASHING?

Used to safely clean exterior vinyl, wood, stucco, plastic and aluminum at a lower pressure. Soft washing utilized a bleach and water solution that removes any organic growth. Soft washing is much safer and more cost effective than high pressure washing. At a garden hose strength the lower pressure of a soft wash is enough to remove the dirt, mold, lichen, mildew or moss but not cause any damage like high pressure could. WILL THE BLEACH AND WATER SOLUTION HARM MY PLANTS AND LANDSCAPING?  

If done correctly and with care no. An inexperienced company or person may harm your landscaping if they don't take time time and care to do the job correctly. At Plainville Power Wash We Care! We will take the time and attention to make sure your plants are thoroughly watered and rinsed before, during and after applying the solution to your home. The added care and rinsing forms a protective barrier on your plants flowers, leaves, grasses and roots. Once our rinsing process is complete the washing solution is diluted and does not hurt any plants around your home. If we do harm any plants we will replace them. We do take the time and attention to care for your plants!

HOW MUCH DOES A SOFT WASH COST FOR YOUR HOME?​

Soft Washing costs depends on the size of your house, how dirty the siding is and if it needs any extra scrubbing to help remove the very dirty areas. The height of your home is also taken under consideration. Typically a house wash costs between $300 - $800 for a normal sized home from a single story ranch to a colonial, however the cost may be more depending on the size, detail and height.
