We did an exterior cleaning to this house in Franklin MA. There was a lot of organic growth on the house and deck. We treated the growth with a soft wash solution to help remove the heavy dirt, mold, mildew and lichen. We then rinsed and removed any surface growth. Then we applied the solution again and used agitation to loosen the areas that were not cleaned with the first application then rinsed again.
